Can anyone tell me how many points in an Apple Muller Rice? Forgotten my calcuator at work.

WW website is saying they're between 3 and 4 depending on the flavour.

What are the cals and sat fat and you can work it from there?

calories divided by 70
sat fat divided by 4

add the two figures together and either round up or down.
