Activity of Big Apple

eBay has failed me!!! I'm putting crystals on my shoes but want to write MRS on one and have a red crystal Apple on the other. I'm struggling to find one! It can be no bigger than 2inchs because of the size of my shoe. Any ideas or suggestions...
