After guests enter their details they are no longer in the lists or segments (ceremony, Reception, etc)

Hello, I have an issue with the guest list feature. It was all sorted in lists A, B and C, and I requested email/addr info from A group now. As they are filling in, they are disappearing from the A list and also there is no way of selecting segments...

How do i export data from the guestlist?

I just realised that if I click into each segment e.g. Ceremony, I see... Go to the discussion
