10 things we dont know about you....

1. Back in the day I was the youngest person to complete the four peaks challenge
2. I won a colouring competition when I was 6 and Jimmy Saville called me on stage and presented me with a t-shirt
3. I can read music and play a fair few instruments
4. I spent most of my childhood weekends at swimming galas - mostly 400m fly
5. I tap danced with Roy Castle on record breakers
6. I'm very shy so get defensive or tell crude jokes so no one can tell
7. I have never not felt fat and have dreams where my head is the size of a pin and my body is the size of a hot air balloon
8. I am scared beyond belief of getting old so refuse to take on any sort of responsibility so I can pretend I'm still a teenager
9. I love my dog more than most people
10. I had a brief fling with a QPR and England international footballer (I *may* have mentioned this one before but I think it's a good 'un)

2. I went around on motorbikes from aged 15-25.

3. I'm living in sin with my fiance who is 13 years younger than me.

4. I'm very loyal and honest and sometimes a little naive.

5. My star sign is LEO. Roar!!

6. I suffered from panic attacks for the best part of my youth.

7. I'm going to be 50 this year ?

8. I'm good at baking cakes and have made a few for friends etc.

9. Everyone who knows me thinks I'm mad! still not sure if this is meant in a funny/good way!

1) I am profoundly deaf (and enjoy it most of the time because I don't have to speak to people if I don't want to!!!!!!)

2) I once got a full blown snog off Shane Ritchie (in front of a full theatre!!) when he was in Grease in Manchester

3) I met my partner in a chatroom on the internet

4) I (kind of) stalked Robson Green when he was filming Reckless in Bowdon, Cheshire. I got a kiss off him but then he used to go to the butty van by car to avoid me !!!!

5) my dream is to own a St Bernard or Newfoundland. We already have a black lab and I am on the look out for a SB or NF now. We don't have much money at the moment so are looking to rehome an older dog. We have been offered a few dogs, but my OH wants a ***, as our lab is a ***, so still looking

6) It took me 3 years (and 3 instructors) to pass my driving test. Two lessons regliously every week. I got there in the end!

7) I had a breast reduction 10 years ago

8) I'm scared of the dentist, snakes, spiders and worry that one day I will be shot (no idea why!!)

9) I auditioned for Deal or No Deal. I got through to the second stage but didn't get a golden ticket to get on the show (boo hoo)

10) I am addicted to Hitched and have it open on my laptop all day every day (even though I don't post that often

Love this! All the people behind the avatars are so interesting!

Here's me:

1. I've got a huge scar on my stomach from an op as a baby that has left me unable to sit-ups - muscles are mangled!

2. I've had all my teeth knocked out twice in accidents - they're fine now

3. I've stood for council twice. Lost both times, which was cool - I didn't want to be a councillor

4. I got a place on that Channel 4 programme - The Salon. I promised to get naked for a full body scrub or some guff like that. Didn't go as the filming schedule didn't fit with mine.

5. I am quite twitchy aware regarding what I eat. I lost 2 stone 3 years ago and am scared about putting it all back on. I still think I look fat, when the scales say I'm not. I can't eat a takeaway without repenting for weeks after, so just don't bother.

6. It takes me ages to find the perfect pair of glasses - about two years. As soon as I find one pair, I start looking for another. It's a bit like painting the Forth Bridge.

7. I would love to write for the Private Eye. I would have a column called Felicity Domesticity taking the piss out of in homage to the likes of Nigella et al.

8. I am the main breadwinner in our house!

9. I dislike children, but dislike (certain types of) parents more. I blame the Aplha Mummy blog on The Times.

10. I collect Blythe dolls and have a little business on the side making clothes for them.

Chook - are we allowed any clues??? I can think of a few players who would fit the bill I think

I had a fling with a Super League player a few years ago but don't think many people would have heard of him anyway

1. I have a terrible phobia of needles, to the point where I can't say the word without wanting to run away.

2. I was held at (what I was told was) gun-point (it turned out to be pepper spray) when I was 8 months pregnant and handed over £17000+ in cash to the robbers. they were caught but never prosecuted.

3. I hope to move to France within the next 2 years to run a pub with my husband. We are in discussion with the EA over there and just need to complete the makeover on this house and sell it (Easier said than done..)

4. I am completely baffled by all technology- as in I do not know how things actually work- but can use these things with no problems.

5. Since starting work as a chef and running around in flat shoes all day, my second toe nail on my left foot has been so sore that I often dream of having it removed.

6. I have 1 daughter whom I absolutely adore but I will never, ever have another child.

7. I hated my hair style and make-up at my wedding so much that I cannot look at the photos and have never put them in an album (didn't have professional ones.)

8. I have a chronic dislike for my parents.

9. I have a house full of rescue animals and would have more, but hate the constant cleaning that goes with it.

10. I am 5ft 9 and built like a brick shit-house. I wish I was neither.

Ooh, interesting people!

1. I used to sing in a band, but am now so crippled by stage fright I can only sing in the comfort of my own home.

2. I went to Drama school as a youngster and being an actress is the only thing I've ever really wanted to do. I applied for The Poor School a few years ago but bottled out due to above mentioned stage fright.

3. My Grandad won the Irish Lotto 10 years ago.

4. I love some of the friends I've made on here (that are now RL friends) more than some of my long term friends from home.

5. I worry that people don't like me, but use bravado to cover it up.

6. I'm lonely a lot of the time.

7. I'd love to move home to Ireland but Mr Hole would never live near my family ?

9. I sometimed regret moving out of London.

Wow, some of you have some really interesting stuff to tell! Mine isn't so interesting but I will give it a go:

1. I was bullied terribly at school, to the point that I used to feign sickness not to go in. I still sometimes 'expect' to be bullied in social situations.

2. I am very good at my job, but sometimes feel like a fraud because it's technical and I'm not.

3. I often feel jealous of other people's lives - even Hitchers.

4. I am so much happier since I split up from ex Mr Dief.

5. I can move the little toe on each foot independently of the others -this is my only 'party trick'.

6. My parents annoy me.

7. I'm a snob about many things.

8. The thought of being pregnant petrifies me (I never have been).

9. My 'top ten celebs that I fancy' list contains more women than men.

10. In 16 years of driving, I've never had an accident or a speeding ticket.

4. My littlest brother has autism, epilepsy and brain damage but is a total dude

1. I hate mess when I'm working but I'm a lazy mare when it comes to housework (I need to wash the bowls i used last night for baking)
2. I still sleep with a teddy bear at night and my husband hasn't tried to take it off me yet
3. I'm not bothered at turning 30 in 5 months time.
4. I still have no idea about "what i want to do when I grow up" and I'm nearly 30
5. I failed my Higher Grade English twice
6. I do Archery and coach it at the local University, therefore lose out on practice time.
7. I have major procrastination habits though trying to ignore them so I can actually get a job
8. I love to bake but don't do it enough
9. I can get depressed very easily but haven't been to the doctors about it.
10. I've grumped at my Husband this moring because I can, not for any specific reason (think it's linked to No. 9)

1. I love my TV(especially SKY+..have not watched a commercial for months) and watch all kind of trash since I dont have a social life

2. I miss London and my friends there so much I could cry..and it is 2.5 years since I moved to Belfast

3. In my teens I competed in show jumping for Sweden

4. I love to read and go through about 3-4 books a week

5. I worry about my parents health and finances

6. I am straight forward and quite funny and have no patience for dimwits or fussy eaters

7. I had a long on and off fling with the gorgeous lead singer of a famous band in my early 20's..he is now married someone really famous and I dont like her.

8. I need to lose a lot of weight but cant be bothered

9. I love to travel and used to work for an airline and have been around the world a couple of times.

10. I love cooking shows (tangent/saw NickJ again on a repeat of Masterchef last week/tangent) but my husband does all the cooking in the house..except for Italian dishes, thats my speciality

2. I have Crohn's disease which makes me very ill

3. I have just come through cervical cancer alone..my ex walked out when i was diagnosed.

4. My baby's father left me when i was pregnant and i feel weighed down with guilt that he will never know his dad.

7. I have such a fear of needles/dentists that i need to go to the childrens hospital to be knocked out for any treatment

1 We tried for a baby for 5 years and after being told i was infertile it was a relief as i am not sure i wanted anymore children.(my husband has none)

4 I dislike working,i would love to never work again.

5 I never knew what career i wanted while i was growing up.

6 I was abused by someone when i was younger,and i see this person all the time and i want to tell someone but people love him.

8 My doctor says i have depression,but i do not want to take tablets for it as i feel like a failure.

9 I love my daughter so much and i am proud of everything she does.

10 I am overweight but i can not be arsed doing anything about it.

1. I met my OH online over 6 years ago, were now planning our wedding and TTC.

2. Ive had more gilfriends than boyfriends.

3. I have huge issues with my mother.

4. When I miss my Nana, I write little notes on toilet tissue, have a cry then flush them away.

5. I can (sort of) play Clarinet. Im not very good at it but I enjoy it very much.

6. I love baking/cooking.

7. My future MIL lives with us due to illness. We get on very well.

8. I love music and couldnt get through a day without listening to some. I love Korn, people think I need to get over it but I never will.

9. I like that I have a very dull life. Everyone else has huge drama and me and the OH just sit back and watch it and are thankful for a quiet life.

10. Me and my OH want to drive from San Francisco to New York, stopping at Vegas to get married so to avoid huge drama with my mother.

I'd also like to add that I am terrified of butterflies and frogs.

Are you me? Aside from 3 and 7 ...they were all the things that I was gonna put!! lmao

Am not sure mine are all that interesting but here goes:

1) Even though I got 92, 94 and 98 on my first 3 OU assignments I know I'm not putting enough effort in and I'm terrified of c*cking it all up on the exam.

2) I was bullied ruthlessly all through middle and secondary school, including being punched in the face in a corridor, having chewing gum stuck in my hair and being locked in the stationery cupboard.

3) I've been let down by a lot of friends in my life and therefore find it really hard to trust people and spend a lot of time feeling like people don't really like me.

4) I really believed Belt of Bru when she said she wasn't the troll (I don't anymore), and I don't think a lot of hitchers will ever forgive me for standing up for her.

5) Because of 3 and 4 I find it really hard to be comfortable on here despite the fact I've made a few good friends through this place.

6) I come across as really confident on a first meeting despite actually being quite shy, and as a result of this I worry that I'm making an idiot of myself by overcompensating.

7) I can do the lotus position and was told by my yoga teacher I was really flexible, I just don't have strong enough muscles to back it up.

8) I'm a total tea monster and will drink it pretty much constantly when at home, but never ever drink it at work.

9) At my current rate of taking baths I have enough bath stuff in my cupboard to last me about 2 years but I was still tempted to buy a load of stuff in Lush the other night!

10) My cat is my baby substitute, I talk to him like a real person and hug and kiss him whenever he'll let me.

I was right, mine really aren't that interesting ?

SC_99, I really think you need to not worry about the Bru thing, I'm positive no one holds it against you. You did what you thought was right at the time, it's not your fault she was a looper, dude ?

1. I'm a bit of a pink addict and I loooove my pink fluffy slipper boots and would wear them all the time if I could.

2. I used to play the flute in school but I hated practising so wasn't very good. The day before my Grade 5 exam I decided to pull out as I wasn't ready, and never ended up taking it.

3. I'd love to live in the States. There's a small town across the bay from San Diego that would be ideal for us.

4. After spending years slagging off Radiohead for being "music to kill yourself to" my H made me listen to one of their albums and I really liked it and put it straight on my MP3 player

5. I'm really shy and never believe that anyone actually likes me and they're just pretending to or will eventually realise how dull I am and go away.

6. I'm fascinated by 20th century history and love to spend holidays visiting places that will teach me more about it.

7. I'm a natural pessimist and always believe that the worst possible thing that can happen will.

8. I don't know what people mean when they say they have an "ice-cream headache"as I've never experienced one

9. I secretly want to have girls when we have children so I can go shopping and do lunches with them when they're older like we do with our mum.

I wrote that as one of my 10 things and deleted it in case people thought I was really morbid. It worries me (irrationally) every day. In fact, if Mr Nora is 5 minutes late home I see the whole scenario of the police coming to my door to tell me the bad news. I have played out that situation in my mind so many times its ridiculous.
