Wedding gown, what are your thoughts???

🆘I got a little bit excited last night as I saw this gown online 🙂 I've been looking for a gown that isn't huge/princess style as I'm only 5'3" and something like that would look silly on me (I've already tried on one in this style and I looked awful haha). I would like a gown that has some bling/embellishments on it and detailing on the front and back with an interesting skirt and train, with a sweetheart neckline as I'm busty 😳. Ideally I would like the gown to be in ivory or very light gold but this one unfortunately only comes in white ☹️

Gosh that it stunning, and so unusual. I don't think I've ever seen a dress like that, absolutely love the pleat/ bow details at the front and back. I can imagine it being a really flattering design too. Try and get a pic when you try it on!

Awwwwww hehe, glad I'm not the only one that loves the look of this gown ? I was just speaking to my sis earlier (MOH) and she loves it as does our Mum so thats a bonus haha.

We were discussing the fabric and embellishments that it shouldn't really matter that it only comes in white as the pearls, lace and sequins will just sparkle and reflect the light.

I'm going to phone around the nearest bridal shops to me and see if they will be getting this gown in as its new (Spring 2011) and hopefully I can go and try it on and if its ok have it in time for our wedding in October. But going from past experience these past few months the gowns I like they don't stock boohoo ☹️

I love it, it'll really show off your figure. Not something I would ever have the guts to wear but absolutely beautiful.

Haha Becci you haven't seen my figure lol, I used to have one, but I guess I am an hourglass shape just with too many tyres around my middle. But diet started yesterday and I have the wii fit plus and Ab Circle Pro so I'm on itttttt ? Gotta lose myself a chunk of weight but I'm determined, its only 9 months til the big day ?

I've got dark red hair, very long, wavy and thick so I'm hoping this dress should compliment my colouring and shape (when I lose the blasted fat haha) ?

The handy thing about wedding gowns is how much they hide. Those tightly fitted tops hold in a multitude of sins. My stomach looks flat again in mine!
