In fairness it was purely for more money, get as much as fast as you can!! however it is their job afterall. they know who are good clients and who they can work on, they make the men feel like they fancy them and really like them. often they'd hand their bank cards to the strippers who would go withdraw more cash for them. and the blokes would come back for the same woman. alot of them in that club were taking drugs or thieves.

i do have a friend who was a stripper when she was younger , some are genuinely nice women who are trying to earn to bring their kids up and find they are good at it. but that doesnt help us when they are dancing all over our OH with their boobies out ***shudder*** !!

My point is that it's a strictly "look but don't touch" policy with these places. The idea of H seeing another woman's bits doesn't phase me in the least. He watches porn from time to time, and I'm sure his imagination is fairly graphic. I'm not about to censor that, so I can't comprehend having a problem with him going to strip clubs. Having sexy daydreams about schlebs he fancies, watching the odd bit of porn, seeing a stripper - it's all part of one spectrum imo. Completely harmless.

Indeed, I'm quite sure that most strippers don't do it because they enjoy the opportunity to meet people, like most workers in the sex industry.

I don't hate anyone or think anyone is vile or disgusting for doing a job and trying to earn a wage. Personally, I think the sex industry is dangerous and quite insidious, and whilst I am sure many people work in it voluntarily and could do something else if they wished to, there are some who are absolutely exploited and I find this awful and I will not be a part of what I see as a degrading and potentially destructive industry. As far as I am concerned anyone I know may do as they please, M included, whether I choose to judge them and alter our relationship based on the choices that they make is my perogative though. I would not be marrying someone who could not see beyond the experience to the consequences and the repercussions.

Well veering back from the chippy discussion I wanted to point out that there is no need for morality discussions based on my comments, I didn't say it is the same as sleeping with a stranger, I said getting naked with. I am totally aware there is a difference. But just because someone gets paid to do it doesn't make it OK. If my OH went out and picked up a girl in a bar and saw her naked, or had her boobs in his face, but no s3x I would still class it as cheating. For me it doesn't make it any better that it is someone's job to do that, or it is in front of his mates, or whatever else. The private dances are something else, and I would not want my OH to be any part of that! I think the earlier piccies kind of prove my point. In my world it is not OK to be both or one of you naked with another person who is not your partner!

Beckstar that pic is ?. If I saw a pic like that of OH I wouldn't be happy, whether the woman in question was a stripper or not. If my OH allowed some woman in a club to rub her naked breasts in his face then I, like most women, would see that as a form of cheating; imo doesn't make it any more acceptable if he is paying her to do it.

I'm fine with my OH watching porn, staying friends with ex girlfriends, talking about celebrities/people on tv he thinks are hot, ogling sexy women on the street, flirting with other women, and visiting strip clubs on other people's stags (but I draw the line at lap dances). So no, I wouldn't say I'm insecure.

As for the picture, I don't think all strippers provide that service so we can't assume that is the norm.

Sapphire - I think you were a bit more concise than me! I agree that porn/exes/imagination is totally different to real life in the flesh action so to speak. Beckstar's pic shows what *could* happen and I really would not be happy with that for my OH.

Spangler - I know it was for AJ but yours and his follow on posts seemed to come from something I had posted so wanted to be clear. In that situation, yes totally cheating if he picked her up, or even if he did absolutely nothing and a girl just came up to him whilst he was innocently having a pint, and ground various bits of herself up against him and flashed her boobs and he chose to stand/sit there and let her without objecting and walking away, that would also be cheating or on a par with - which is why in my view it is even more wrong for a girl to be paid to rub said mammaries in a bloke's face. I am dreading having to deal with it if it happens as I know how uncomfortable I feel with the idea. I just hope the best man takes what OH has said seriously, and leaves that stag stuff aside.

In response to the OP and putting the issue of morals/strippers aside I will be concerned about what a state he might end up in, for a big guy he really can't hold his drink and I am worried he might fall or injure himself in some way. He is already balding and I would be glad if they shavd some stubble off him so hair removal isn't a problem, more if he ends up with a massive cut, a black eye or broken leg or something.

NB: for the poster who was worried about hair removal, there is always the option of a snazzy hat on the day!
