Personalised Number Plates

I used to have one. My ex bought it for me after we'd been going out a month for Christmas. It was the first 3 letters of my name and initials for my middle and surname. I sold it on the car years later as I wasn't too arsed about it. Can't find a decent pic.

He also had his own personalised numberplate which I liked. (In the background, if you can make it out). Very appropriate for the car.

I quite like them....I've seen some that are very silly and can come across as the driver being a kn0b...but other than that I think I would want one.

My H has a personalised plate but the cheaper ones and the expensive ones.

I would love MR5 MAC but I searched and they don't have it. Or If I wait until end of 2013 begining of 2014 and buy a new car I would like MY14 MAC or MY14 SMC (May 14 wedding date and MAC because thats what everyone calls my H, Mrs MAC would be better though SMC is my married initials)

I'm not really bothered by them - some can be quite amusing.

A lady I work with has a personalised plate - just her initials, nothing fancy - because she could never find her car in the car park or remember the 'normal' reg number, so she got a personalised one (and yes, she really is that dopey)

They don't really bother me so personally I dont think I would ever get one. My Mum once had a mini and the original number plate that was on the car was B*** SUE, her name. She didnt chose it.
