Any recommendations for a venue other than a Registry Office/Town Hall for just the two of us and our little boy.

My passport has expired, would it best to apply for a new one after we're married before going on our honeymoon as otherwise I'd have the wrong name on it?
So I've seen this package for 4.2k, is it possible to get everything else I'd need for another 4k? Or is that not doable. Thank you
