Hello,

Just wondering if anyone else was looking to shift a bit of weight before the big day?

I've lost some already, have 8 months to go, ordered my wedding dress a few weeks ago - in a slightly snug size (but would be OK) which could be laced tighter or even taken in if needed.

I'm seriously lacking motivation at the moment as I've had a grotty couple of weeks with H2B having to move away for work and my nan seriously ill. Need to make sure I don't un-do my good work though and comfort eat.

Anyone else looking for some support? I could do with it!

OK - I'm a lazy moo and hate exercising and love my food so probably eat too much and have never been on a diet.

    So...

    What do I do...???

Early next year i'll get back on my bike to cycle to work, but that's all the exercise for me. I don't eat bad food, everything is home-cooked. I suspect portion size is a problem but I have no idea when it comes to good and bad food, etc.

What I really want to do is trim my tummy slightly and slim the tops of my thighs. if I could do that - i'd be happy...

Gillsy- Yeah, I'm finding it difficult to lose weight as I wasn't overweight to start with so it's coming off pretty slow.

I'm trying to keep my calories about 1400 a day and going to the gym 3 times a week!

Well done to everyone, keep up the good work!

    HI all,

I am starting a weight loss plan as I would like to be perfect for the D Day in May and need to lose 1 stone at least. I am starting a Total fast Plan for 1 month last week (I know the period is not great with all Holiday treats!, however I was thinking if I don't start now, I will never start! ) I am surprised I don't find more chat about weight loss as I would need some share experience to keep me motivated!

I found Pickslim on internet and started one of their plan, let's see the results! I received products last week and tried them, so far products are good . i have one high protein porridge for the morning breakfast, 1 meal replacement for lunch and 1 high protein product for diner to complete with vegetables and salad. I thought it is ok for me as I have the feeling to have a normal diner in the evening! And I have 1 snack ofr the afternoon: 1 chocolate barSmiley smile

    Let's see what happen!!

Just wanted to add some tips here for anyone looking for ideas.

I lose weight by cutting our rubbish, eating lots of fruit, veg, salad, drinking 2 litres of water a day and exercising 3-4 times a week.

Good luck, you can do it!
