Hi wondering if anyone has not had bridesmaid to keep wedding cost down? We are looking for ways to cut the cost, up to now we have took wedding favours off and button holes. I would like to have bridesmaids but it would end up costing roughly £500...

I am starting to panic that I have too many bridesmaids and will look silly and will cost a bomb in gifts etc. I have 8 bridesmaids, no flower girls just my son as page boy. Is 8 too many or am I flapping for no reason?
